Flexible Fee Structures

Our fee structures are designed to accommodate various needs and preferences. We offer different pricing based on the selected program (Infants, Toddlers, Preschoolers) and attendance schedule

(full-time or part-time). Our fees are structured to provide you with clarity and predictability for your family’s budgeting.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

Understanding that financial situations can vary, we accept CCIS (subsidy) for eligible families. We believe financial constraints should not be a barrier to quality childcare, and our team can provide information on how to apply for these options.

What are your operating hours?

Our daycare is open from 7am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. We also offer extended care options for early drop-off and late pick-up, which can be arranged in advance.

What ages of children do you accept?

We welcome children from 6 weeks to 5 years. Our programs are specifically designed to cater to the needs of infants, toddlers, and preschool-aged children.

What is your child-to-teacher ratio?

Our child-to-teacher ratios are set to ensure each child receives personalized attention and care. For infants, it’s 4:1, for toddlers 5:1, and for preschoolers 10:1. These ratios are in line with state regulations and best practices in early childhood education.

What qualifications do your staff have?

All our staff members are qualified in early childhood education and have undergone thorough background checks. They receive ongoing training in child care, first aid, CPR, and child development to ensure the highest quality of care for your children.

How do you handle discipline and behavior management?

We use positive behavior management strategies that focus on understanding and addressing the underlying reasons for behavior. Our approach includes clear communication, setting age-appropriate expectations, and positive reinforcement.

What is your sick child policy?

For the health and safety of all children and staff, we ask that sick children be kept at home. If a child becomes ill while at our facility, parents will be notified immediately to arrange for early pick-up. Our policy includes guidelines on when a child can return to daycare after illness, based on symptoms and medical advice.

Do you provide meals and snacks?

Yes, we provide nutritious meals and snacks throughout the day. Our menu is designed to accommodate various dietary needs and preferences, including allergies and special diets. Parents are welcome to discuss any specific dietary requirements with us.

How do you ensure the safety and security of the children?

Our facility is equipped with secure entry systems, and all visitors are required to sign in and out. We conduct regular safety drills and have strict policies in place for child pick-up and drop-off. Our staff are trained in emergency response procedures to ensure the safety of all children.

Can parents visit during the day?

Due to our commitment to the safety of both children and staff during the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, we regret that parents are unable to visit the Rooted in Love Learning Center at this time. How do you communicate with parents about their child’s progress and daily activities?

We believe in maintaining open and regular communication with parents. Our staff provides daily updates on your child’s activities, learning progress, and any significant moments or concerns through Brightwheel. We also hold regular parent-teacher meetings and are always available for discussions about your child’s development.
